Description

Uniview’s HC121@TS8CR-Z is a camera built for one purpose: to capture license plates. It has four powerful IR LEDs, allowing plate detection up to 165ft at night. In addition, its 2MP starlight optical sensor allows for crystal-clear video at 60fps. The sensor’s high dynamic range allows it to practically ignore car headlights, ensuring you capture license plates during day and night.

The camera has a built-in ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) algorithm, allowing the camera to read and store plate information in plain text. This information can be used to configure whitelists and blacklists or to search for when a specific plate came into the area.
