This is an indoor PoE+ extender, allowing you to increase the maximum distance of a Cat5e or Cat6 run by an additional 100 metres. After extending the signal, the maximum power will be 25W at 100m.
Description
This is a PoE+ extender made by Petenet (pronunced ‘pet-net’). If you need to extend your cables a bit further, this project will be your best friend. It has a single input and output – both are rated for 10/100/1000 Mbps (Gigabit).
It can easily be mounted on a wall using the two screw holes built-in to the bracket. Both RJ45 connectors are shielded, ensuring the integrity of your data as it travels a long distance.
